I think the important thing to avoid when making spaghetti ice cream, is not to get too carried away trying to make it look like real spaghetti. The picture above is vanilla and strawberry ice cream with strawberry sauce and shaved coconut. At a glance it looks like the real thing, but a second look reveals it to be both novel and delicious.
